Somethin has just inspired me to write on this topic, cuz i feel mega strongly about it... read on,

George Best, say goodbye as your soul's laid to rest-
aren't you glad that now you're gone, you got dis sh*t off ya chest?
there's no respect, a superstar? you abused it-
so when i see people mourn, it strikes a fuse and i lose it

but i ain't selfish, nah i seen ma mum in a hearse-
you messed up your liver, man dat could have been hers
yeah wow, let's all pray for ya now-
for dat footy star in heaven, let's be polite, take a bow

who cares about some sport with a ball in it-
someone gave you their life, an you repay them?
you find a pit an you fall in it-
drunk yourself to higher grounds-
your name- ya whole family was callin it-

"GEORGE, GEORGE! GET UP, OPEN THOSE EYES!
Please george" then dey broke down and they cried-
a lifeless body goes by the name of George Best-
a nation pulls together and chants lest we forget

as if it's some kinda tragedy-
he brought it on himself, don't sympathise this catastrophe.
