yo i just got my giro today, but it will all be spent soon
coz all the money i get my hands on gos on my bent spoon
cooked up till its bubbleing, then sucked in a syringe
when i see the needle penetrate my arm it makes me cringe
my soul purpose in life is getting this drug that i inject
in my neck that gets me so $$$$ed that i fall and hit the deck
ima wreck, its like ill do anything just to get my fix
well almost anything, u wont ever catch me sucking on mans $$$$s
but i aint got a problem about taking some old ladies pension
and maybe giving her a few jabs, oh yeah i forgot to mention
this one time i was at hospital, when i noticed this nurse
put her handbag down in an office so i took out her purse
whats worse, her trying to save my life while im stealing her cash
or that shes just paid for more smack, ill be back here in a flash
having violent fits on a hospital bed because ive just overdosed
with machines keeping me alive, im $$$$ed up and im comatose

just the other day i was out pissed with the lads eating kebabs
now im locked in a room with only a tv for company in rehab
i guess im lucky, the judge sent me here with a suspended sentence
coz i showed remorse when i was in court, i showed shame and repentance
but im not ashamed, as much as id really like to get off the smack
for some reason soon as i clean up my act i find myself crawling back
i know what im doing to my body, i know that skag hurt my brain
i know that this will be the death of me, like im the next kurt cobain
i insert my vein over and over again, $$$$ the pain i want brown
i will remain to maintain my addiction till the day im 6 foot the ground
ive had more pins and needles in my arm than a second hand dart board

the doctors always warned me about sharing needles

its no joke its no set up, u have HIV which turns to aids
