If you got a phat beat with that, then it could slide.... the knife-gun line could use a little weak sauce though... it makes it seem like you're asking to get dissed.... you gotta be confident, and you deffinately seem it, but tellin people about it in a song ain't the time or place... thats what battling is for.
I suggest not using a X-8 at the beginning...or if you are gonna use a x-8.... maybe try throwing something in the middle of it. other than that.... Good luck. Your rhymes are tight, hope the crowd wanna bite.

Last verse and the 'Sing it!' are two things I ain't really feeling Skidz.

I done a read through, a couple of the lines seem a little stretched? Namely the middle two lines on the first verse:

I fire dums dums into your ears, they be exploding your head,
You don't wanna test my skills, or I'll leave your career dead

Don't seem to go with the flow of those around it.

Other than that, it's seeming aight Skidz. Please though, in your next track, stop the barreling. Dumb diddy dumb is ok for the chorus, but it gets a little boring if you say it repeatedly during the verses too.

I've recorded this, but to be honest, it needs re-recording. The levels were all wrong and it was a first take so it sounds a bit s'hit. I'm gonna go to my DJ's house on Tuesday night, and I'll re-record it and post it. I'll send you the address when I do it. I'll probably have a few other tunes recorded by then as well

Reading back, the 'Dum Dums' bar is quite hard to spit. I've thought about taking it out, but once I write something, I don't like to change it too much, i.e. When it's done, it's done. But I appreciate that it needs a bit of a tidy up.

And the knife-gun thing, I suppose what I was trying to say is that the gun represents me having more than one topic (you know, ammo for the gun), and the knife is about only having one thing to spit about. I dunno if that makes sense, but that was what I meant.

Oh yeah, I agree, the sing it bit looks a bit wack. I originally planned to have my mate's sing the chorus, so it was sort of just telling them to sing it. I may have to take that out.

But as i said, I'll re-record this, and you'll get a better idea of the song.
