heres some facts i wrote down last nite wile watchin doc on TV and from stuff i already know about the Conflict in Iraq and stuff

Over 10,000 Iraqi citizens arrested for no reason, in the prison they are tortured, given stale food, Humiliated and more )

Black Hawks landing at hospitials several times a day with Dead and Maimed

USA Media is biased and false, giving the american people a fake view of the war and its reasons

Over 50% of american people belive it was iraq that caused 9/11 and not afganistan.

I HATE the us (don't even deserve capitals!) DRS you are going on about the Bush administration, but they only do what the american 'people' want. americans generaly are v. greedy, as long as they can drive there ugly cars that use about a barrel of petrol to get 10 metres or so, they are happy. They want cheap clothes from Wallmart so they get it at the expense of millions of Mexicans.

They are ignorant of the world and infact I think that more people hate them than like them.

Another thing is that just before world war II, the american goverment sent people that were of Japanese origin back to Japan. That means that if your great, great, great, great grandparents were from Japan, you would be expelled from america. This same thing is know happening to thousands of muslims in 2004 due a legal loop hole. My point is that if this happend in England white people would be more angry and doing more protests than us!

Just some other stuff I know: - make up your own mind

1) In the UK the biggest employer is the NHS with the average hospital having around 5-7000 staff. In the us the largest employer is military where school kids are conned into joining the army by promises of better education

2) american media in 2002 ran stories on "Africanised Bees" rising up from the south and that these bees were much more aggresive than the European bees.

3) A bit about Israel... After and during World War two, the american goverment was, untill recently, very good friends with Saudi Arabia (oil reasons!) The then President of the us met with King Abdul Aziz of Saudia Arabia to discuss setting up a jew only country. The americans proposed Palastine and the King said "What the Nazi's did to the Jews was most evil act on humanity but why are you planning to take this out on the Palastians, if anything you should give away half of Germany". I think this makes sense but saying that I don't agree with Israel really!! I think that it is a form of racism/prejudice to have a Jew only state or for example white only country. I go Uni and know a Palastian girl who got sponsered to come here for education. She says "they burn down our schools, blow up our homes, kill our children, punish us daily....etc and they expect us to sit there and say again please" She says we throw stones they fire tanks we blow upa bus they blow up a school" Where is the justice in that?? People in the west think that Muslims are taught to hate Jews, that is not the case, Jews are to be respected since they belive in God but Israelies are not - they use the name of God to commit evil. The only reason thay get away with this and many other things is that they have the support of the evil us. E.g. Why was OK for Israel to occupy land of Seria and Eypet but not OK for Iraq to occupy Quait??? Surely both should be wrong!!

4) Have you ever wondered why nearly all the 9/11 masterminds were Saudi when Al-Queda is an international organisation with members from almost every country in the World? Bin Laden as you know is a political activist with unconventional methods and 9/11 was just a way in which to sour relations between the us and Saudi Arabia - it was a success as the Saudi's decided that they had been let down by the us many times in the past (to many to mension) and decided to charge the us more for oil. By the way Saudi Arabis is the worlds largest oil producer. This just before the Iraq War.

SOME GOOD NEWS FOR ME!!! IN MY LIFETIME "THE american EMPIRE" WILL COLAPSE AS THE us IS THE MOST IN DEBT COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO PAY IT BACK AS THEY WILL HAVE TO MANY NON-TAX PAYING OLD PEOPLE TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND PAYBACK THE HUGE DEBT WHICH IS GETTING BIGGER BY THE DAY AS THEY ARE MAKING MORE AND MORE WAR EACH DAY.

i try to hate more on the goverment then the people because its easy to sterotype people as a whole. Not every american is a greedy, selfish, only self concerened, money loving capitalist

Drs I know that I shoudn't hate but c'mon they do it all the time - u know with the "are you related to the queen" stuff!! Its seems that theres 1 rule for us and everyone else and another for them. Maybe its because they are rich!! But you know that people like Ghandi and M. Luther King were not rich yet they was right - wern't they?

Recently you must have seen the papers and stuff with the Heathrow bomb scare, This is coming back to your point on the us media, they are trying to scare us to. americans are scared people, they have been throughout history, and their media exploits this, now they are trying to do it here so that we will, like the americans are, scared into believing anything that is told to us. I'm only saying this cos their goverment has been saying that we were in serious danger (trying to scar us) and our goverment, I think, did the right thing and stayed calm and kept people calm.

I should shut-up about this now - I think its getting a bit personal!!

My sources are: The Times through the years, people I know and their direct experiences and stuff that I have read on world trade and loads of other books on economics etc.

Also, at the end of the day, their own actions will be their demise.

They taught the taliban how to fight and also gave them weapons, so they could fight some other people they didnt like, and these are the people they are accusing of 9/11.

They play off countries against each other, they even put saddam hosane is power for god sake! and they gave him their so called "WOMD" to fight off the iranians, which he used to gas these people. cant think of their name at the moment :S

and one day, they will play everyone off against each other and we will realise they are the true evil, and they will get what they deserve.

I checked out some of these sources yopu are talking about. Micheal Moore is the author of "Dude, Where's My Country".

He is an extreme liberal democrat and the writer/director/producer of "Fahrenheit911" which is a totally anti Bush piece of campaign propaganda with his liberal spins it. He frequently misrepresents facts and you must do your own research to believe or not belive anything he reports as "facts"

In two places in Dude, Where's My Country?, Moore implicitly acknowledges mistakes in his earlier works. On several occasions over the past two years, Moore has asserted that (as he put it on "Politically Incorrect") "the Bush Administration gave $43 million in aid to the Taliban in part to -- give money to the poppy growers for the money they would lose because they can't grow heroin anymore." "Bowling for Columbine" continued the canard, asserting that the US gave $245 million in aid to the Taliban government of Afghanistan. Both of these are false; the aid, intended to help relive famine, was given to non-governmental organizations, not the Taliban. In his latest book, Moore finally gets it right, noting that the aid "was to be distributed by international organizations." (page 34)

Moore also implicitly corrects himself about what was manufactured at a Lockheed plant in Littleton, Colorado. In "Bowling for Columbine," Moore implies that the plant made nuclear weapons at or immediately before the time he visited. Actually, while the plant was involved in nuclear missile production years before, it now makes rockets that are used as space-launch vehicles for military and civilian satellites. In his newest book, Moore sets the record straight, writing that "Lockheed Martin, the biggest arms maker in the world, built rockets that carried into space the special new satellites that guided the missiles fired into Baghdad" during the recent war in Iraq. (page 74)

At least Moore is finally telling the truth about the US aid and Lockheed. Most other subjects come in for much more dubious treatment in the book. For example, Moore misstates the details of how members of the Bin Laden family left the US after Sept. 11, claiming that "while thousands were stranded and could not fly, if you could prove you were a close relative of the biggest mass murderer in U.S. history, you got a free trip to gay Paree!" (page 20) Yet a few pages earlier, Moore himself quotes a November, 2001 New Yorker article by Jane Mayer which notes that "Once the FAA permitted overseas flights [after Sept. 11], the jet [with the Bin Ladens] flew to Europe." (page 4) As this and other reports have made clear, the Bin Ladens did not leave the US until after the resumption of commercial flights. And a Boston Globe article of September 20, 2001 quotes a Saudi government official stating that the Bin Ladens chartered their own plane - hardly a "free" trip as Moore suggests.

The U.S. has not taken a single drop of Iraqi oil without paying the Iraqi people for it. Oil price in the U.S. are at an all time high for over 5 months now (with the exception of the oil shortage in the early 70's) and causing a hardship for the American people. The U.S. government could have easily taken over the oil fields in Iraq and shipped oil to the U.S. virtually free of cost, but they did not.

Instead, the oil fields are being controlled by the Iraqis and the U.S. military is acting as armed security for them to prevent hostile takeover by radical groups. The U.S. is even paying for the oil that they need to use for the war effort to liberate the Iraqi people from the Sadaam H. regime and his currently active loyalists.

I would like to see the Iraqi people work out a deal with the U.S. where they sell them oil at a very cheap price, once they get complete control of their government again, which they are on their way to doing with free elections in Iraq. This could be one way of helping to pay back the U.S. for their effort in liberating them from the S.H. regime.

The U.S. gov would like to drill for it's own oil in the Alaskan wildernesss, but people like Micheal Moore and the tree-huggers continually protest and cause it not to happen, even though the oil rich land of Alaska is mostly barren high desert, not the rich wilderness they claim it to be.

In your body count of 10,000, the actual count is closer to 11,500 but you (or Micheal Moore) is comparing the death toll in three seperate wars (Afghanistan, Desert Storm, and the current Gulf War) to that of a single incident in NYC. If you added body count of Iraqi people killed by Sadaam Hussein's regime during the same time period, you could easily multiply that by 80-100.

I made sure I did not respond to you without checking your sources of information. Be careful what you believe from sources such as Moore without checking the facts yourself.

As far as the so called 'torture" of iraqi prisoners at abu gharib prison, wht they went through is called "humiliation". Granted, it was abusive but I would have to be a real $$$$$ to call it "torture" even if it happened to me.

If you would like to see what torture is, check out this clip of Sadaam Hussein loyalists torturing a US soldier. Compare this to
having your picture taken in nude poses with a hood on your head, so even with the humiliation you remain annonymous.

I have other more recent clips, but they are all the same or worse. I'm sure these soldiers would much rather have had their naked picture taken like those poor abused 'tortured' Iraqi prisoners.

If you got kids around I would send them off 'cause this is pretty disturbing video.

yeah, the producing of a product or service , or idea by an individual or a company, and exchanging that product or service for determined price in a free market is capitalism.

Perhaps what you really despise is not defined as capitalism but maybe the idea of a democracy altogether.

If you plan on making a living selling your art work, it cannot be capitalism you despise because that is the very foundation of your existence, based on the exchange of goods/services for compensation, in that free market.

Pretty hardcore on that U.S. soldier being killed in that video, huh? They didn't show the part where they already broke his legs
before they shot him. Too bad he was still alive while they started cutting his head off too, sick $$$$$$$s.

I agree with you they are animals. Fundamentally, what it all boils down too is religious beliefs and I wish the U.S. would have just let them have their Holy Wars amongst themselves and stayed out, but unfortunately things didnt happen that way.

If you ever get a chance to listen to Henry Kissinger talk in detail about the middle east it is well worth a listen. He is very insightful. He believes after the U.S. and Allies leave Iraq, that nation will experience a civil war ( such as America did when Lincoln was president) and when THAT war is over, Iraq will be one nation united in government with representation from each segment, but will still be seperated into religious zones segregated from one another until they develop into tolerance
of each other's religious beliefs. Sounds about right, but that is going to take a long time with hatred that strong.

i have hatred for the capitalist way of view, the way everyone is stepping over everyone for that all mighty "dollar", doing everything they can to make money.

think about it, Money is the centre of all things bad.
If more of the world had non corrupt communist goverment the world would be a much more peacefull place, but people are to greedy, so they wage wars, kill people, so they can get that money, in form of paper or in form of oil.

The biggest capitalist country ( america ) seems to be making all the trouble if anyone hadnt noticed, waging wars on anyone, anyone who they think might make them lose some money.

if everyone was equal, the value of money would decrease, making for less crime, fraud ect. Everyone would have enough to get by on and the word rich would only mean rich of soul

DRS, just be aware that all media has some kind of bias to it. Take it all with a pinch of salt and read a wide range of sources to get a more objective viewpoint.

But well done for singling out Bush's government rather than the US as a whole. It gets our backs up when people give us grief because of what Blair's done, so we shouldn't keep double standards.
