i can clearly remember the day that smoked my 1st $$$
jacked sum geek in school then took box home in my bag
wondered wot the fuss is y people choke n then cough
$$$$ it tried it then im buying it yea a bad habits started off

yea now i wish i never done back in them days i didnt see
used 2 be a sick skill footballer yea i had a career ahead of me
banging goals in every week nutmegs over head kicks top corner
about 8 years down the line i know y cigarette packets warn ya

linking girls in parks drinking $$$$ing under slides gettin pissed
stopped training every week that $$$$ was gettin crossed off my list
school lessons got missed id rather sit in my m8s house n toke
cant run anymore only bun draw then blow out potent skunk smoke

was like a man already was nearly 15 then had 2 be shaving
clubbing all the time liking rymes this G was made 4 raving
loving the scene new dream football went str8 out the window
then from that day on i realy dont know how i learnt 2 flow

this was another talent never stopped pills where gettin popped
week in week out 3 styles flows id composed were gettin dropped
sitting in my bedroom ghetto blaster wiv a built in mic spat at nite
record myself then improve my flow till its soundin so rite n tight

was just doin it 4 fun while i bun then i would go 2 a next rave
realised a few years later on i want mc legend on my grave
got a lucky second chance 2 advance possibly change everythin
pick up pen write again i think its my time 2 shine like bling

this dream is real i can feel so i wont flop il jus have 2 grab it
still smokin takin sum drugs i aint yet kicked that bad habit
3 different styles ahead by miles yea im rite im gona shine
present 100 percent dedication then sign on that dotted line

point that im makin no matter wot this g will never give in
always keepin my head up take wot comes on the chin
rome wasnt built in a day so listen 2 wot i say yea i do pray
