There is a very definite line between promoting and begging and it’s tricky business staying on the side of the line which doesn’t result in a brown tongue. The music business is tough and sometimes you have to just be totally shameless. I’d say that some bands out there are pretty shameless as soon as they share their music (oooh, handbags at the ready).

I have recently been given the honour of becoming a forum administrator for what I consider to be the best new band in the country (ok I haven’t heard all the new bands but I doubt there are any better than this one). I have therefore made it my mission to drive as much traffic to their site as I can.
