I'm going to risk the inevitable message board backlash and put this up for those who might be interested in discovering some new music and getting free stuff... (two of my favourite pastimes, I must say)

As you may or not know, I play in a band called 'ist' which also features Gaz Birtles, whom I have the honour of purloining from the Beautiful South.
