Remember when we were young..

Hi all

In desperate need of locating this song. I have no idea on artist or title but heard a few lines (probably misheard a few lines hehe) on hollyoaks on monday 7th aug. It was featured twice on the show but just a snippet. The lyrics go something like:

"remember when we were young, remember what your momma said"

It sounded great and im sure i heard it before somewhere but cant find it for the life of me. My friend thinks it sounded a little like U2 but im not 100% convinced. Big big big thanks to anyone who can tell me who/what it is.
