sad queen camilla

there was a program on channel 4 a few weeks back called "queen camilla" near the end they played a song ,and it is doing my head in what it is. its instrumental, and it is one long note after the other, each getting higher. it has been used in a lot of commercials, and i think a couple of movies, but this documentary is the only diffinative program i know for sure PLEASE HELP!
