Wondering if anyone can help.

I heard a song that I really like, however can't find any details of the name and artist.

I'm pretty sure it's called 'Changes' as it comes up so much in the song, however could be wrong.

Anyway the lyrics are:-

'Sometimes you have to listen to your heart for changes
they write the script and you just play the part of changes
you must know that i'm your eyes to realise sometimes you
have to listen to your heart for changes.'

then an excellent tune plays away.
