Need help in finding a song

Hi!
There's a usual situation- I'm searching for a song and I don't know neither the performer, nor the name of it.
What I know about it is the following:
-it's not zip lock fresh, the song is several years old
-the language is probably english, but I'm not sure about this
-the vocal is male, one voice, and in the refrain there are 2 or even more voices
-the sound to me is VERY similar to Sweet Harmony by the Beloved
-I don't remember the lyrics, although there seems to have been something like "when I see it" or "when I hear it" before the refrain
-and the main thing: there are actually no words in the refrain, only this:
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah-ee-aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah-ee-aaaaaaah-aaaaaaah-aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah-ee-aaaaaaah-ee-aaaaaaah-ee-aaaaaaah
I've been searching high and low for this song, please, help me find it!
