I need help findin the name of a tune and the artist and no doubt my description of the vid. is gona be vague

the video for the most part had the female artist singing into a mic. on her own the artist had black hair with like blond highlight at the front of her hair... and kinda grey/blue dress

when singing the video kinda speeds up looks quick...

when its not on her its on some intimate scenes involving couples or w.e else...
