Im looking for a dance tune that came out sometime in the mid-late 90s.

It was quite popular at the time and sounds like a summer hit to me.

It has a female singer and the only words I can remember are:

"come a little closer, go round, round"

............................................ higher"

Im pretty sure spinning round is mentioned at some point as well

Id really appreciate any help with this, as I have been looking for ages with no success.
