Looking for a song which starts "sitting eating an apple one day..."

watching homes under the hammer this morning (probably an old episode repeated) and there was a blues song which featured with the line "sitting eating an apple one day, sitting under an apple tree".

Normally searching for lyrics on google gets it immediately, but this got nothing, so it may be fairly rare.

anyone any thoughts?

Bizarrely, they repeated the episode this week (I have it on sky plus record!), and so I got to play it a few times back, and it was clearly Dr John - pretty recognisable voice (when you have more than a fleeting listen) - searching for Dr John and apple it was quick to locate - from the 2004 album N'Awlinz, Dis Dat and D'udda, called "I ate up the apple tree" !
