Incredible..but unknown Hip Hop Track

Honestly, I know you're all busy and have a whole lot going on, but I came upon this track by accident on you tube and can't for the life of me figure out who it is.

I can't even work out the lyrics, it sounds a bit like Dälek, but I don't have all their albums so can't be sure.

I even emailed the guy who put t up on youtube and he doesn't know.

It's a pretty fantastic track

Thing is I can't make out a full sentence to even google the lyrics.
