help me name this dance tune

okay so its an old dance tune - cant exactly remember what year - i hope to describe it as best as i can....

singing: (something like)
bday bday, ba wandla day day, mmbday, bday ba wandla day day.. (repeated a few times)

there's a fast piece of music - almost like jungle, but not quite
then it slows down a bit to repeat the above "bday" line..

any ideas on the name?
