Help finding song! =]

The song must now be about 4/5 years old, perhaps more or less .

It was mainstream, on all radios etc

I can only remember the music video; it was of two girls that were behind/inside a fence, they were kissing etc in the rain, and people were looking at them through the fence.

The style i think may be described as pop (ish), but i think it was more alternative music

Any ideas?!
