I'm sticking with my AT&T iPhone 4. For one thing, I'm in a contract. For another, Verizon has NO coverage where I live for college. Seriously. If you go to their site and enter my zip code, the site actually says "We do not offer service in your area." Everyone that has Verizon in my town roams on Bluegrass Cellular, since they own the spectrum there that Verizon would need. And roamers get no 3G and VERY spotty data service. free DVD to iPad I think the thing to remember here is that Apple usually implements things at a practical not gimmical (real word check) level. If they're going to do this ; that's a HUGE if, it'll be done right. So much so that I'd hazard to bet that if it's done it'll be a 'WOW' moment. I've owned other smartphones that have let me down because of poor gimmicky tech implementation. Sure tech was in them but if it's just there for specs what's the point? The retina screen is a great example. Our eyes can't event detect the amount of pixels in this screen so what's the point? It's freaking gorgeous! Sorry for the rant but I think Apple will make it classy ; not cheesy.
Pray tell, where in the video do they pull the NON-REMOVABLE battery out of the PlayBook to reset it? All of the reviews of these pre-release units concur that battery life is fine and that the OS itself is extremely stable with only individual apps crashing (which does suck, but none of these instances were reported to have crashed the OS). No one stated that they needed to reset. Check it: Engadget, BGR and TechCrunch have great reviews (that's not to say the device itself is "great" but the reviews are very thorough. Educate yourself fanboi convert avi to mpeg A second version could help to move more phones. A cheaper iPhone 5 version would ROCK Android! TKO!
