Hey looking for the name of a band or song title its on the tip of my tongue but really annoying me cos i cant remember it,

they were male, the music video involved some weird green blob or slim hitting people


The video was made maybe only the early 2000's and the music video followed this green stuff as it flew in windows and hit cars and affected anybody that was hit by it ??????????? please someone put me outa my misery
