Here's a hard one for you lot summer 1992 June-July time dance tune woman singing lyrics "look at my face can't you see i'm smiling" and i think it had struggling to survive in the song somewhere, something like "and i'm struggling to survive".

Not sure if it made the charts but i remember it on the manchester key 103 playlist other songs played around that time were jimmy nail - aint no doubt, genesis - jesus he knows me, was not was - shake your head.

Someone plz help i've been looking for this tune for years.
