if you didn't already know about Antenna Studios, Crystal Palace, its worth checking it out - its got a nice live room / rehearsal studio with sofas and full back-line and control room for recording, an HD Pro Tools suite with vocal booth , gallery studio with a baby grand piano and dance floor as well as a guitar and amp repair workshop and showroom with a skateboard shop too.
