Graff CAN be something artistic and brilliant, but to many $$$$e writers just f**k it up for everyone else and give all graffers a bad name. Pony tags etc just give the whole scene a bad name

You can't ask a question like that. Much to vague to say. Some graffiti looks like $$$$ and is most definitely mindless vandalism, but some is awesome and is positively enhances it's surrounding area. If someone spray painted my house I'd be annoyed - unless it was Banksy
