Babalou is situated in the heart of Brixton, set in a Crypt of a converted church.
Formerly known as the Bug Bar and now recently refurbished, it features original crypt architecture, North African style lamps, sturdy wooden tables and sumptuous velvet booths.
This warm and welcoming venue is ideal for a perfect night out where you can Wine, Dine and Dance till the early hours! Babalou Bar has a capacity of 500 with a 5am licence - South Londons premier and newest club/restaurant and bar all in one.
The venue in the past has held the BBC world music awards, been used for ITV's The Bill and alos played host to the Artic Monkeys aftershow party.
