Escape Into The Park is nationally recognised as being the biggest event in the Welsh clubbing calendar, attracting over 20,000 dance music fans to Swansea’s beautiful Singleton Park. Last year Escape Into The Park was another phenomenal, sold-out success where a selection of DJ demi-gods from all over the world turned the all dayer into the country’s ultimate hot ticket.

The eleven hour dance marathon (starts at 12midday) takes place across four arenas and a main outdoor stage, each of which are rigged with almighty sound systems and world class production. This year, accomplished electronic music veterans Underworld will headline the main stage for one of their always storming live performances.


The British electronic music duo of Karl Hyde and Rick Smith started working on music while studying together at Cardiff Art College in the early-80s. Since then they have toured every corner of the globe and their seminal classic records such as Born Slippy and Dark & Long have been staple ingredients in every DJ’s record collection! Join them as they get everyone dancing in the Welsh breeze alongside main stage DJs such as Ferry Corsten, Fedde le Grand and the Scratch Perverts.

The Godskitchen Arena is simply the holy temple of non-stop trance tunage. Here, clubbers faithfully congregate to worship at the alter of Escape Into The Park’s favourites Eddie Halliwell and Radio 1’s Judge Jules who are always a huge, huge hit with this crowd. Also programmed for non-stop party fun is this year’s bright new star Sander Van Doorn and Wales’ own Big Al.

The ever popular Tidy Boys and Lisa Lashes wind the beats up harder and faster in the Polysexual Area alongside their likeminded DJ friends. Their energised style works a treat so it’s always a pleasure to have them back. Representing drum and bass in the Raveology Arena ais Andy C with an exclusive 2 hour set alongside Fabio, Friction, local boy High Contrast, Hype and MC’s including Bassman, Dynamite and Magika for a rinsing breaks session.

Newly launched last year, and so successful that it’s returning, is the L’America Terrace, where the chart topping Joey Negro will be headlining proceedings.... He’ll be joined with the truly summery sounds of Sandy Rivera and deep house don Karizma.

The VIP Arena will be hosted by glam house brand Hed Kandi for those who like their blissed out sexy, soulful house sounds. They will be transforming the VIP room into a luxurious playpen with Hed Kandi décor and live percussion alongside their fine residents!
