For the next Vinyl Touch shindig we’re bringing the hottest names in breakbeat to ignite the dancefloor once again... sparks will be flying!
Fasten your seatbelt for FREESTYLERS , who are playing their first ever set for The Vinyl Touch crowd in London. With smash hits ‘Push Up’ and ‘Boom Blast’ under their belt as well as more recent collaborations with Pendulum, the duo are regarded as some of the scene’s top players – so where better to play than one of capital’s most legendary parties? Joining the all-star cast will be FAR TOO LOUD , whose production achievements in the last year have rocked the breakbeat charts. *Winners of ‘Best new single’* at Breakspoll ’07 and nominated for 'Best newcomer’ at the same event, we decided it’s high time their deck skills were put into action at The Vinyl Touch. Finally touching down for his debut set we welcome legendary "godfather" of hardcore and self confessed breaks convert DJ SLIPMATT. If you haven’t seen him in action yet, you’re missing out on one of the dance scene’s music legends. It’s our first big party of 2008 - and as always you can expect it to be a mad, messy and marvellous one. See you on the dancefloor!!!

WIN A SET AT VINYL TOUCH!!!

Acid house/old skool hip hop/electro/hip house/eclectic/dub

We are looking for sets, in the styles mentioned above, to be broadcast in the bar at the next Vinyl Touch event @ Rhythm Factory on Friday 4 April.

The DJ that sends in the best mix (in our opinion) will win a warm-up set in Room 2 at our following event on Friday 6 June @ Rhythm Factory. We'll also throw in free entry for you and a friend on Friday 4 April.

How to enter...........
Just send us a link to download your set (192kbps or higher please) in an email with all your contact details to info@thevinyltouch.net. Please do not email large files directly to this email address.

We will listen to every mix and you can enter as many times as you like.

The closing date for entries is Sunday 30 March but remember - the sooner you enter the more chance we have to listen to your mix! Please note that by sending us your mix you are agreeing to its use at Vinyl Touch events.
