Experience something new and inspirational, the rough and the smooth with the old and the new clashing mashing and merging at the infamous CORSICA STUDIOS ….On one hand the untouchable electronic dance pioneers PLAID will assault your senses with their unique style, whilst the legendary DJ KEV BEADLE (Solar Radio/Southport Weekender) will take you on an educational worldwide tour of cutting edge soulful beats & jazz grooves… REVOLUTION 10 brings innovation and deeper meaning to dance music. Introducing EMBED-SECRET WEAPON SERIES showcasing their live menacing electronic INFO BREAKS ahead of their sell out tour with IAN BROWN…Whilst LA RESISTANCE (Mob Records) promise booty shakin breakbeats and STOUCHE PEPSEE (Push FM) will get you in the mood with an eclectic electro party mix whilst COLLIN PATTERSON (Southport Weekender) will be dropping a selection of deeper house grooves.

A manifestation of anti-establishment dissent providing a forum for artists to express opinions and ideas without prejudice.
Releasing the first 12” single ‘Absurd Insinuation” in 2007 on RRS Records/Sweet n Low was the first step. The idea to create a series of thought provoking musical secret weapons. Counter intelligence anti-propoganda.
Embed will be performing their first show at REVOLUTION 10 , and the chance to take the message to a mainstream audience supporting Ian Brown on his 2007 uk tour ,has propelled EMBED into the spotlight.

PLAID

Real Name: Ed Handley, Andrew Turner
Profile: Started as a side project of Black Dog Productions, the Plaid alias grew to encompass several singles and an entire full-length album, Not For Threes, which was released on Warp Records in 1997. After the album received rave reviews, Ed and Andy slowly began to withdraw from the Black Dog project and work on more material. Later full-length releases on Warp include Rest Proof Clockwork and Spokes. In 2006 they released a CD/DVD combo Greedy Baby, showcasing their collaboration with visual artist Bob Jaroc, who is known for the video accompanyment at their live shows. Plaid has done remix work for Portishead, Red Snapper, Björk, and Irresistible Force, The.

KEV BEADLE

DJ, compiler, producer, label boss and radio presenter Kev Beadles bio reads like a journey through the halcyon years of the jazz scene in the UK from the early 80s to the early 90s, right through to the recent revival and rebirth through modern manifestations of nu-jazz, latin, broken beat and neo-soul.
His current weekly shows include every Tuesday night 10pm to midnight on Solar Radio Channel 0129 on Sky Digital to Northern Europe and worldwide at www.solarradio.com . His monthly Mind Fluid sessions at Sosho in Londons Shoreditch has also proved the man has longevity. He is also one of the longest-running DJ residents at the legendary Southport Dance Weekender.
He is also one half of a production team called Messengers (alongside Darren Moss). Recent production and co-writing credits include the track Kiss Ya Lips (No I.D.) for Ian Browns LP Solarized. as well as various productions and remixes.

COLLIN PATTERSON

Collin Patterson is perhaps one of the most individual of all the house DJs, eschewing the soulful house standards and digging like a hip hop DJ for tunes from the leftfield and the deep end of house.
Now one of the residents at the Southport Weekender and also for Bacardi B-Live . Reading festival . T in the Park(Scotland) .
V –Festival. Oxygen (ireland). To name a few.
He has proved himself a consistent entertainer capable of rocking even the most discerning dancefloors.

LA RESISTANCE

La Resistance AKA Artcrime & Original Sinners bust onto the breaks scene in 2005 with 'Like This'. He has since enjoyed releases on Mob Records, Distinctive Breaks, Funky Cactus, Intergroove, Urban Torque, Punchfunk, Beautycase (Berlin), ISHO and DJMag/The Knowledge covermount CDs and Kiss Compilations
Teaming up with 10 Sui (Ministry Radio) & The Ragga Twins on 'Bring Forth Ya Booty' he secured massive support from Carl Cox and Stanton Warriors plus a feature in US no1 smash hit 'EPIC MOVIE'. The follow up 'Scandalous' with Jimmy Screech has just been signed to Mob Records, look out for that. He has recently been involved in projects with DJ Janette Slack, Planet Hop, Real World & remixing Afrika Bambaataa.

STOUCHE PEPSEE

Stouche Pepsee has been successfully presenting his internet radio show for 3 years on pushfm.com called 'STOUCHE PEPSEE'S GO-GO WORKOUT SHOW, every Tuesday 12 midday until 2pm. A mixed bag of rockin electro club flavours keeps the energy fresh and exciting whilst making the party roar.!

Working for club promoters worldwide hes become a
private party specialist playing the celebrity circuit from Adamski to vocal diva Taka Boom among others.
