We're back after the fantastic party at the Big Chill, on the whole the festival was bigger and better than ever and saw Need2Soul rocking out the 6000 capacity club tent. The setting was amazing and perfect for a summer celebration bringing together some of our favorite Dj's. Thanks to everyone who joined us for the magical event.
Next on the calendar will be another Cargo session seeing the assembly of two outstanding Dj's, Benji B & Glenn Underground, the two join us for our next edition of the compilation series Need2Soul V.02. Out soon...
Glenn Underground aka GU, CVO...amongst many others, has to be the most proficient and lasting producer of underground house music in Chicago. Portraying an expansive dance catalogue and ranging from absolute jazz to deeper electronic sounds and everything in between. With Glenn meeting Benji, our very own king of soulful underground, the roof will be ready to go up in flames!
To accompany this partnership and bring a live element we welcome none other than Mark De Clive-Lowe. A crucial player in the Broken-Beat scene, but also crossing over many boundaries to exude high quality and highly original soul music. Receiving rave reviews from all over the world, including jazz maestro Gilles Peterson, be sure to know you'll have to hear it to believe it!
