Saturday 10th May heralds the return of Hed Kandi to one of their favourite destinations, Sheffield, the city that has seen some of the wildest, most glamorous nights in the brand’s history. This new residency is set to become one of the most outstanding shows on the programme with Hed Kandi pulling out all the stops each month in their new, sensational surroundings of the Carling Academy Sheffield. For the launch, the main room will be taken over David Dunne and Phil Faversham who are joined on tour by Andy Daniels, DJ Corey, The Lovely Laura on Sax and Pav on Percussion. Whilst onstage entertainment will come courtesy of the Back To Love B-Boys and B-Girls, Magic Steve’s Back To Love Wonder Show, the Mysterious Bubble Gum Queens and Kandi’s team of beautiful Team Kandi dancers. Hed Kandi’s soulful sister, Stereo Sushi, will be taking control in Room Two where Hed Kandi Label Head Dave Baxter and friends will be spinning some of the deeper, US Garage tunes of the moment. The Beauty Lounge will be present in Room Three providing clubbers the chance to beautify themselves with Hed Kandi’s new lifestyle range.
