Like in the past few years Azuli Records is back to celebrate Xmas together with Vertigo!!!
It is fair to say that Azuli has become synonymous with the birth and evolution of house music in the UK and to this day remains the UK’s longest running house label like Vertigo remains the Uk’s longest running Sunday house event…
What a better match to enjoy the Xmas celebration in style!
But as many fans of the label will already know, there is more to Azuli than just quality house music. Azuli is about good music full stop. With this in mind Azuli have now established several superlative compilation series, helmed by some of the biggest names inside and outside of dance music (www.azuli.com)

David Piccioni is the one who started the Azuli Record label in 1990 after having taken over the now world famous record store Black Market Records and having started his own career as an acclaimed Dj!
David has maintained his status as a truly international DJ, combining his London gigs with frequent visits to Italy, Portugal Switzerland and Ibiza. He has an incredible amount of followers everywhere in the world and his sound is something special and makes you fly all night long!
David Piccioni is also one of the Vertigo residents and at this special event will show you again what house music is all about!

For this amazing night Vertigo has also selected a very special guest dj:
Alex Neri (Planet Funk-Tenax,Italy). He started his career just at thirteen, playing music in his father’s club. Afterwards, he gained respect througout Tuscany and , in the early 90’s, established his name in Penelope Meanwhile, he produced his own records with Marco Baroni.
His talent has taken him around Europe’s best venues as well as all over the world, while being resident dj every Saturday at Tenax, Florence, for Nobody’s Perfect house night, certainly one of the hottest and innovative spot for Italian house clubbers.
As well as a dj Alex is part of the Planet Funk band.
Few people have the right to say their music is a planetary phenomenon, but the Italian-Anglo collective centred on producer players Sergio Della Monica,ALEX NERI, Domenico GG Canu, and Marco Baroni can make that claim with confidence. They are the masters of open frontier funk, in the broadest and most shimmering sense of the f-word.

David and Alex will be accompanied by Vertigo residents Micky Guy and DJ Salvo.
It is Sunday…it is December and it is at the Cross…And definitely a night not to be missed!!!
