I'll come back to the last one. I've been partying too much the last few days, and it's not stopping til either tomorrow or someone starts crying or loses an eye.

And, uh, I might leave someone off and feel bad about it.

Rare, forgot about him. He's easily the best technical producer in the dance sphere. If any UK breakbeat producers came out with stuff like his they'd blow the scene away. The only ones who come close are Koma & Bones, and they're a bit variable.

if music historians look at electronic producers in the way that classical composers were looked at.....then in my opinion, BT should be revered in the same way that a composer like Bach was.....he's definitely head and shoulders above most of his peers, technically. his $$$$ is so complex and textured....now that's real IDM.....

Basement Jaxx (Incredible producers man! If you need a DJ Tool for a garage set track down these: 'Freakalude' on the Rooty LP and 'La Photo' from the Jump N Shout Doublepack)
Mutiny (Heirs to the Jaxx' throne. Check their mix and dub for Sophie Ellis Bextor's Take Me Home---its $$$$ing ruff (Dub) and smooth [Vocal])
