Kandystand are looking for 3 remixes for their new single 'Love Invasion' due to be released in early 2009. You choose the style, latin, house, candlelight,electro, its all up to you.

The best 3 remixes selected by the band will make it to the final release of the single, be heard by high profile record pools across Europe and the USA, and

additionaly winners will receive a prize of iTunes vouchers.

(vocal parts and reference track). Closing date for submissions is 4th January 2009.

Rules:

• Remixers are allowed to submit as many entries as they wish.
• Submissions will only be accepted by email to productions@teamhayward.com
• All submissions should be received at the email address above by 4th January 2009 23:59 Central European Time.
• Remixes should be submited as WAV Files, 44kHz, stereo format (please keep an unmastered version also as winners may be asked for final files with no master processing)
• All remixes must be original and contain elements created by the Remixer.
• Remixer should not sample or use any copyrighted or otherwise proprietary material belonging to any other person or entity.
• Remixer understands that the results and product of the remix services provided do not and will not defame, infringe or violate the rights of privacy or any other rights of any third party.
• Remixer understands and acknowledges that remixes created are deemed as 'Work For Hire', become property of Team Hayward Media once submitted, and may be

used and released without restriction only by Team Hayward Media or its authorised agents.
• Remixers agree to signing work for hire contract with Team Hayward Media if selected as a winner of the competition.
• The remix package file and its contents may only be downloaded from www.kandystand.com for the sole purpose of the remix competition and cannot be shared with anyone via any means. Violation of this will result in automatic disqualification from the competition.
• The reference mix is for the remixer to gain an idea of the original track only and is encoded with beeps for security purposes. The reference mix shall not be used for any other purpose, altered or redistributed in any way.

Remixers are allowed to:

• Use their remixes for promoting themselves to record companies etc.
• Distribute their remixes to radio stations (incl. web radios)
• Play their own remixes on their own gigs etc.
• Add their remixes for listening on their Myspace etc. website for promotion purposes with the following conditions: Remixes can NEVER, under any circumstances, be made available for download or made available for sale and may only contain previews not longer than 1.30 minutes. Track title MUST be in format Kandystand - Love Invasion (Remixers name Remix/Edit/Mix etc.)
• If a radio station plays the remix, you have to let us know about it by email at productions@teamhayward.com

Prize:

The best 3 remixes as judged by Kandystand will be released on the next scheduled single release due in early 2009 and will be distributed to major record pools across Europe and the USA. The 3 selected remixers will also receive EUR 20 iTunes vouchers (or the equivalent value in the local currency of their selected region).
