Default Indulge Re-union With Bert Bevans – Easter Sunday!

9pm – 6am at
Plan B, 418 Brixton Rd, London SW9 7AY

Easter Sunday sees the return of one of London’s classic house clubs, for a special re-union party.

"Indulge – my home in London” Frankie Knuckles

Between 1994 and 2003, at over 100 parties, Indulge grew from its roots in illegal warehouses in the depths of South London into what can only be described as the strongest non-commercial monthly house club in the capital – always mobbed, and with an uncompromising ‘real house’ music policy regularly attracting the very finest guest DJs in the world… There’s way too many to mention here, but highlights included Frankie Knuckles (who played the club 6 times), Louie Vega, Todd Terry, David Morales, Nicky Siano (1st London gig), Harvey, Idjut Boys, Basement Boys, DJ Disciple, Stacey Pullen, Spen & Karisma, Norman Jay……. the list goes on and on!

But a great club is about more than just the music, and Indulge spared no expense in creating the perfect atmosphere with its own unique lighting rig, van-loads of décor, and a very strong membership policy that resulted in a diverse crowd rarely seen in house clubs!

Although club itself has been on the back burner for 3 years, the Indulge crew has been hard at it: DJ-ing all over the world, setting up a bespoke clubber’s travel service in Ibiza, and a venue dressing and club décor company in Brighton, and two other weekly clubnights – International Rescue (Fridays at Bar Rumba) which specialised in hosting foreign DJs rarely seen in London, and Glorious at Plan B which brought Saturday night action to a Sunday party with yet another incredible line-up of guests!

So it is with great pleasure that Plan B welcome’s the Indulge crew back to Brixton for a special re-union party! The night features the club’s 2 main residents Tim Webster & Brendan Downing, together with one of their favourite guests Bert Bevans (original resident at 3 of the greatest clubs of all time – NYC’s Studio 54, Steve Strange’s Camden Palace, and the original Ministry Of Sound).

Expect a firing night of pumping house old and new mixed up with an indulgent selection of funk & disco from the last 25 years!
