Default Club Azuli Christmas Party at The Cross

On the 15th December, Club Azuli get festive with their last ever Christmas party at The Cross, before the legendary club is turned to dust. So it only seems right that Club Azuli give their loyal party people a proper Christmas present with yet another amazing line up of talent. Headlining is one of the world’s leading DJ/Producers, D. Ramirez, with Azuli head honcho David Piccioni in support, together with upcoming talent The Catz. In the lounge, bringing a touch of carnival to Christmas is the inimitable Norman Jay. It’s going to be another roadblock…

Club Azuli is world renowned for delivering the best in upfront electronic edged house. It might be Christmas, but you won’t find Christmas Carols here; just the best up front, dirty house and electro grooves, alongside the more soulful and funky sounds of the second arch, delivered by a world class line up.

D. Ramirez has consistently produced big tune after big tune, influencing the sound of dancefloors all over the world. He is lauded by the dance press and his massive remix of Bodyrox ‘Yeah Yeah’ hit no.2 in the UK charts, heralding the start of electro house’s assault on the nation’s dancefloors. However there’s nothing commercial about the sound of D Ramirez; as a DJ, his electro-tech-house grooves have been rocking the coolest dancefloors on the planet and he remains highly in demand. There can be few DJs more suited to the trash glamour crowds of the Club Azuli main room!

David Piccioni steps up to take his place on the line up. As the man behind Azuli, he knows exactly what it takes to raise the temperature of this particular party! Expect the latest edgy, electronic house, carefully selected and mixed to perfection. Also, in a supporting role are The Catz, rapidly making a name for themselves as quality purveyors of bumpin’ house rhythms that cross the boundaries of techno and minimal. These boys are gong to be big so this is definitely one not to be missed! And of course, Azuli Stalwart, Ed Rockstar will be bringing his brand of twisted house and dirty grooves to the main room.

In the lounge, Club Azuli is proud to welcome one of the most respected names in house music, Norman Jay MBE. Norman has spent a lifetime immersed in an eclectic mix of music, all drenched with funk and soul. He can be relied upon to use his extensive musical knowledge to deliver a set that will have the lounge jumping! Best known and loved for his huge ‘Good Times’ soundsystem at the Notting Hill Carnival, Norman will be bringing some carnival flavour to Club Azuli’s Christmas!

In support of Norman Jay are Twisted Funk, DJs that are a safe bet to get the crowds pumped up and dancing as they drop the dirty twisted house tunes that they are so well known for. And, of course in the third arch you can get a serious dose of uplifting house, hosted by Togetherness, with Rob Marmot, DJ Marble and friends.

“IT’S YOUR CHRISTMAS PRESSIE FROM CLUB AZULI!”
