Default chorus lyrics are 'higher, higher, higher and higher, let the music...

trying to find the name of this track for ages. I remember it from early 90's maybe between 93 -95. It's a classic early house track with a chorus sung by a soothing voice. There isn't a whole lot of instrumentals in this this tune. During the track the beat is going and you just hear this nice 'wooooo, go to the music' (or something) and then the lyrics fade in gradually during the chorus with that nice (woman's) voice singing the words:

'higher, higher, higher and higher and higher oooooooh let the music (or rhythm) take controoolll woooooo' then it goes on with the wooing and you hear something like 'move to the music' sampled now and again

it sounds more like a chill out track more than a full on house track, it's got 4/4 beats and a synthesiser going in the background during the break, the main thing i can remember is the soft voice siniging "higher, higher, higher and higher and higher" and so on

it could be from another year so just throw some ideas at me if you got them, it's driving me nuts coz i can hear it in my head all day

help help
