Well I dunno.....heard it briefly for 10 mins last night and they were still playing shít.
I think the phrase is "an element of soul and anything produced involving their labels, Too Wize and their next door neighbours cat".
On the subject Two Wise done some tune with Whizzard on it, big string beginning and a really good vocalist, and the drop is ABSOLUTE willy - had such potential to be a proper classy 2 step number and it just turned rubbish.

Umm, yeah right ... which radio show have you been listening too? I know it wasn't The Dreem Teem ... They are not playing any of the new MJ Cole tracks and only played one Todd track last night ... I love good quality vocal garage .. but they weren't playing that. I'm sure that even I could find a better selection than they did ... I wasn't really feeling their "Hot Box Top 10". I thought it was funny that they said Matt Lamont contributed to it ... as it didn't really feature any of the tracks from the Vybe chart, which personally is much more representive of the vocal side of the scene. Saying that the "Doctor X" track or whatever it is called was fairly amusing
Talkin of Dreem teem, are they still playing at Area on Fridays, if so...which fridays?
Or what is usually at Area on Fridays if they're not there? (Watford)
they play "any thing with a groove" sunday mornins but only ukg monday morn (1am-3am)...

do u not think that because they have a national UKG show they should play across the board and not just what they want to hear? Talk about shootin urself in the foot.

yep. they should give a true representation of the scene. so incorporate all sorts of different beats and styles that fall under the uk garage moniker.
mmm thats y u listen to the 10-1 show init.... but if ur after strictley ukg ur gonna have to stay up all night
NO! They have to represent UKG and not the fraff that is sold under the UKG umbrella but isn't UKG in any way. Big Up Bignames that have the balls not to play what's popular and play what they think is real.Originally posted by missc

but who ru or the dreem teem to decide what is ukg. Surely musics music and whether u class it as garage or not the market does so represent all sides instead of biggin up all ur mates music and the stuff on ur labels

when I will play in my show I am the one who decides what will be played.
if it's the show of an other DJ he/she will decide - simple
that's why I am the DJ and the rest are listeners
