Anyone here know the artist/title to the song below, I heard this yesterday and it brought back some very good memories but I only caught a bit of it.

I think it was a dance/garage tune from 1995 or so, the lyrics I know are

Why dont you tell me, what you want....what you need....what you feel....why don't you tell me.

Where it says why dont you tell me, it could be why won't you tell me.

I'm told it's something to do with tuff jam, Karl "Tuff Enuff" Brown Matt "Jam" Lamont but I can find nothing to do with this set of lyrics, the lyrics might even be Omar so I've heard but whether thats true or not I don't know.
