    ok you've heard jess jackson's side of the story so heres mine 'cos he got QUITE A FEW things wrong:

    me and kin were round at jesses house making tunes for a few weeks before i got the acapella for Hobson's Choice (Filo "Playa" for those that want to know). we made some rubbish 'cos neither me nor kin really knew what we were doing at the time. so one night we went round to make a tune with this new acapella i got, we did the beats and the sweeps/pads (from Skandal "What would you do?" by the way) and chopped the vocals up giving the distinctive 'hobson's choice' hook-line. me and kin went home at the end of the night and i went on holiday for 3 weeks the week after, intending to finish it when i came back. when i got back kin called me and told me that jess had finished the tune and pressed it up and that it was blowing on the scene.

    i was fuming (as you would be) that jess never called me or said anything about it till i ran into him at a party that we were both playing at in kingston where he had the cheek to ASK me if he could play hobsons choice. now if he felt that i had no involvement in making the tune why would he ask me if he could play it eh?! jess also says he gave me a copy for my radio show, that is a LIE, i don't have a copy of the tune to this day!
    he says that we were all playing on flex at the time and that is true but only 'cos me and kin got him on there. at the time me and kin played back2back and although i can't remember the exact time it certainly wasn't at 5am! we played a primetime set on weekdays and then we moved to saturday nights 10 till 12. i have to point out that jess DID get thrown off of flex although i won't recount the incident to save his embarassment. the thing is, if management hated me so much jess why am i still on radio ALL THESE YEARS LATER?

    i am not after your money jess (although you must have made a tidy sum if you really sold 15,000 copies), i am not after your so-called 'fame' and 'status'.... all i want is an apology/explanation and to let people out there know you ain't the 'golden boy' like you make out.

    Now mr Jess (big bad producer) Jackson can you just admit that at the end of the day you are a fake, and that you are not what you make your self out to be!

    BTW dont even bother asking me for a set on FLEX, coz I think you know what the anwer will be!

    $$$$ or not $$$$ tune, what Jess Jackson done was low.

    Whats so funny about this, that tune is what made his name, and its not even his tune!

    And as for $$$$in over his mates, thats even worse!!!

    haha, just saw this, funny...

    1. The track was not completed within a 3 week period of which you were aparently away on holiday miles, it was approximately 5-6 months later. i called you on numourous occasions. If you had a problem call me how comes you never called me.

    2. You and kin didnt start doing back to back sets on flex when i first met you, you were doing graveyard slots at 5am on your own.

    3. kin and yourself never got me on Flex, I contacted the management myself after being put in contact with them by Paul Strobe and LS who i was doing adverts and jingles with currently at the time, also hyperaktive put a good word in because i was playing at a few clubs with him.

    4. whats all this golden boy $$$$ about, you aint getting no appology for anything , if you still have a problem with me why were you licking my ass at that club when i was with Double G etc...

    5. I didnt get thrown off of the radio, Phone kappa and he will comfirm that.

    6. I don't want a show on flex network and i wont be asking for one either thankyou.

    If you have any more concerns you can contact my manager Frankie Foncett on outlawrecs@hotmail.com or myself on my same phone number as before, i would be happy to talk with you about this or maybe you would preffer to talk from behind the screen for another week. heh

    I offered to play on your station, i didnt ask for a set, didn't you notice how you never recieved an email from me after you asked me to send you an email with my details. If i was chasing a set on a station, it wouldnt be a pirate one bro.
