Im decorating a billionaire's office as he is expanding his business into the UK.

This includes painting, furnishing (all expenses paid) - which covers office furniture, monuments, plants and pictures for wall etc. notice boards etc. "anything to make it look friendly and welcoming etc".

I'm doing this cash in hand which is safe

but what would a normal builder/decorater charge for such a job? painting from top to bottom and the rest...
