my garage weekly UpFront (big up the original pirate station we nicked the name from) welcomes Frances James to close out our annual celebration of music and fashion. There will be a spectacular fashion show by one of the states most respected companies, and of course Mr Frances James headlining the show, bringing us his taste of the UK Garage scene.
