My first post... Oh if it were 'face-to-face' I'd be nervous, It's not and I'm wierd (though I prefer to think of myself as unique and amazing) so...

My Chemical Romance - Welcome To The Black Parade: Not a familiar artist with what I normally listen to, I used to be a club DJ, so house was the flavour, but I really do love anything that 'stands out'. This tune, judging by certain 'rock purist' friends and the media seem to speak of 'emo' and the culture it is associated with.

I personally think this tune is absolutely brilliant, accessible, different and epic! It's been number 1 for two-weeks. Judging by the 'breed' that is normally at the top of the charts, this is quite a shocker in my view.

After hearing it I was in awe, and utterly suprise a number one record would be to me taste. I borrowed an album of My Chemical Romance from a friend (The Black Parade), which is their latest. Not ONE single tune had me interested other than 'Welcome to...'.

My question is this. What tunes do people know that have this kind of feel? i.e. live production, peaks and troughs - BPM changes in the same song, and epic-ness (if that is a word/term)
