MSN 6 problems?!?

This is a discussion on MSN 6 problems?!? within the Chit Chat forums, part of the Popular Forums category; Right.. i downloaded the MSN 6 beta a couple of weeks ago, and not had any problems with it... come ...

    Default MSN 6 problems?!?

    Right.. i downloaded the MSN 6 beta a couple of weeks ago, and not had any problems with it...

    come to sign-in this evening and get some stupid message sayin that i need to upgrade my MSN in order to continue!.. so i click the button, and it downloads the newest version of MSN 6.

    i installed this and now my MSN crashes everytime it signs in! So i cant get on MSN!

    i checked mess.be (MSN Messenger site) and it said this::

    Microsoft is unplugging the leaked (old) Beta versions of its MSN Messenger 6 client and is forcing its users to download the official MSN Messenger 6 Beta.

    So if you suddenly can't sign in on the unofficial client anymore and you're desperately looking for the real thing, point-click over here.

    so i clicked the link, and it showed me MSN 5, but had links to the MSN 6 preview.. i downloaded this, still wouldnt work!!!

    I uninstalled the new MSN6, and re-installed my beta version of MSN6, and it told me that i couldnt carry on without downloadin this other "mash-up" version!

    So im now downloadin MSN5 again .. hopefully that will work!...

    Anyone havin the same problems?.. or is it just me?

    Yeah they asked me too do that Yesterday but mine seems to be working fine!

    Its improved ... Before they asked me too do this, Id get this window open and say MSN can not carry on reh reh reh theres an error, Please shut down and try again!

    I dont get that anymore, And i was getting that like 7 times aday during convasation with people!

    i downloaded the official and i got version 6...works fine...still no games or file transfer tho...

    Yeah I downloaded the one from a link off here... worked fine, then once I'd signed out I couldnt get back in, then it asked me to download the new one... did that worked fine until I signed out then it never works... always tells me my password or user name is incorrect
