    Great part of Clint Mansell's work, specially Requiem for Dream soundtrack, Slummdog Millionaire, The Million Dollar Hotel... loads of good stuff out there.

    step up 3d and twilight have a good sound track and I like both movie songs.

    Absolutely love soundtrack for Romeo + Juliet (Baz Luhrmann's one obviously). Also just been given Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of War of the Worlds - apparently is awesome! Not taken a listen yet though...

    I like the soundtrack from the good the bad and the ugly - of course
    and then the soundtrack from the thing - the original - of course

    did you knew that they attempted to copy it in starcraft2?

    I love the 1989 Batman soundtrack - masterpiece from Danny Elfman! Also most of Alan Silvestri's stuff. Song based soundtracks would have to be the pulp fiction Cd - Neil Diamond acoustic = shivers! The Garden State soundtrack is pretty cool

    my fav film fo all time is fight club and the soundtrack is mint, totally agree with all the suggestions here, the fishtank scene in baz luhrmans R&J has such a cool track on it and requiem i think its the soundtrack that really makes that film, it gives it that gritty feeling.... oNe fo my DJ friends got a copy of the War of the World soundtrack by accident (and for free cos the record company put the wrong 12inch in the sleeve lol) well looking forward to some remixes of that one lol

    probably not a popular choice of film but the American Pie soundtracks are all choc full of cool summer tunes

    Blade has some amazing songs in there too...

    Most of Hans Zimmer's stuff is good. I particularly liked The Last Samurai, Sherlock Holmes, Gladiator (well, how can you not) and Inception as mentioned above.

    The original Akira movie is great, Kaneda's theme being one of my favourite pieces of film music ever. Somewhat dreading what the live action remake is going to do to Akira.

    Rather liked the Limitless soundtrack by Paul Leonard-Morgan, Happy Pills is great. Not much depth to it but a good listen.

    so far, 500 days of summer is still one of my favorite soundtracks but i really liked the music for Like Crazy
