The most relaxing songs for me are classical piano music, since I love classical I used to like Beethoven, Mozart and some of Elton John's piece.

How about Ray Lamontagne? His voice is so relaxing and just about every song off his first album could send you to sleep...in a good way of course.

Air have always been a good choice.

Another top class one for a good chill out session is Zero 7 - especially in the Waiting Line. (classic track)

I would say a recent discovery of mine for a good chill that you can find online is - The One AM Radio

The One AM Radio - A Brittle Filament Evolution - well worth a good listen to.

    all the best

As in original post, Morcheeba's The Sea is possibly one of the best chillout tracks ever.

    Generally speaking...

Air: Anything really but in particular Moon Safari especially La Femme D'Argent (album version best but live version on YouTube is also ace)

Morcheeba: First 3 albums, after that they seem to have lost their way a bit.

Einaudi: Again, anything really. Great chillout piano music. I'm not a fan of the various covers as nothing captures the feel he has.

Hans Zimmer: On most of his soundtracks there's a lot of relaxing music inbetween the big boom battle stuff. The Last Samurai has some excellent pieces. The one most probably know is from Gladiator, "Now We Are Free".

Thats just off the top of my head. I love chillout type stuff
