Ok, My pc was top spec when i got it back in um.........2001 so now its past it, it plays alot of old games, sims, c&c, all them ones but its started $$$$in up so i'm gonna try build my own one, i need all the help i can get and if anyone knows about PC's can you please advise me about what stuff i need to play forthcoming games like the sims 2, gangland, the movies? please help!!

only really need things like a decent processing unit and loads of memory and a nice hard drive

pentium 3 upwards really anything over 2.0ghz processing would be ideal.

Also to play forthcoming games you'll probably need over a gig of RAM. You need that now for some games to work properly.

Definetely need a good Graphics card. I reccomend any Nvidia Gforce card. You'll really need a minimum of 128MB and 128bit for the graphics card. Something like this...

A Decent case

AMD Processor (2000+) for games and a decent graphics card. Can get a decent motherboard for £50 - 60. Get atleast 512MB stick of DDR RAM.
