Duff Injury Blow For Blues

Chelsea have suffered a major blow with the news that Damien Duff has dislocated his shoulder in training.
The Irishman suffered the injury in a training ground accident and will now miss next week's crucial second leg UEFA Champions League semi-final meeting with Monaco as well as probably the rest of the season.

Duff first dislocated his shoulder against Fulham in December which ruled him out of action for several weeks.

The former Blackburn Rovers ace has missed the last few weeks with illness and news of the recurrence of the shoulder injury problem will be a major blow for Blues boss Claudio Ranieri.
