Do u mean four to the floor?
Maybe. Only if ur trying to be some Mat Jam Qualifide style DJ/person "with a message/aim". But if ur lookin to be the next slimzee/EZ/fonti, then nope, u gotta mix everything and give the crowd everything they want.
Personally, I think you will run out of ways to chop soon, or keep doing the same chopping. I love 4/4 off (oldskool) but u gotta throw in some oldskool 2 step to keep the set on its toes, it catches audience offguard like.
Depends on how dutty ur 4/4 is tho. If its dutty tune after dutty tune bombardment style of QUALITY oldskool, Id be feeling.
course u can play a set of 4/4. www.djluca.com hes did a 45mins set of it... heavy,
Depends who's listening. Some wouldnt mind it but not me...
I like a decent amount of it but a whole set of it is as one dimensional as a Slimzee set. Variety please![]()
the variety is exactly what it takes to do a good set!
I'd never book a DJ that plays strictly 4 to t. floor tracks....
