    Building up muscles..

    I got to admit i aint the most beefiest out there.

    so any one got any tips on the best way to build up your muscles, gain a nice six pack, pecks etc?

    LOL!!

    Preferbaly in the comfort of my own home as the sports centre with a gym by me charges £20 a month. Or would it be better going there?

    press ups ,sit ups, run around your front room,search something on the internet im sure they'll be sites about building muscles.

    Joining the gym is a good idea though

    But like joe said sit up press ups and running OUTSIDE is cheaper, but press ups dont do that much u better getting sum weight lifting done ie get a job on a builders site lol!! or buy your self sum weights!

    ..watch films like......

    wildstyle,beat street,break dance,snake in the eagles shadow,drunken master,fist of fury ....by the end of the film u will either want too breakdance or kick the $$$$ outta something and both are supposidly good workouts!. also breakdancing is probarly the coolest thing in the entire world!.

    U could go to a kick boxing class or something similar at ur local sports centre which is cheaper than joining a gym. Do that once a week and then do ur own weights/exercises at home.

    Romeo is the only person who has even come close to suggesting anything which will actually make you more musclebound.

    Thus proving that most of you are retards who dont know what you are talking about.

    Doing things like sit ups, press ups, chin ups, squats, dips etc will do nothing but tone you up because they are isometric exercises using only your bodies full weight as resistance.

    If you want to get bigger without doing weights in a gym then you will need to eat twice as much as you normally do. Dont eat anything greasy for fattening. Do press ups with your feet on a chair or something raised so that there is an inclination to your body creating a greater resistance.

    Sit ups are the only thing that will tone up your stomach.

    don't bother using a body toner unless you're going to some regular exercise

    How about just getting off your computer and going to a gym? £20 per month is a minor cost compared to what some people pay.

    I used 2 do stomach crunches and sit ups and loads of $$$$ every nite but den i had a hernia operation and i ave only started gettin bak in2 fings recently.....
    Im startin 2 get a bit of a four pack but the abdomons below that juss wont show..... wot works on ur bottom 2 abdomons??

    Is wen u lay on ur bak and raise ur legs up and down and hold em a way?

    Some people wont get a six pack no matter how much you train... i read about it on some website.. me personally im the other way round.. my lower abdominals are fine but i cant get the very top ones ..to get an 8 pack

    yea------start steady----- i do 100 sit ups,den press ups----i used te do mare-, but gyat lazy.

    sit ups , press ups,,,,,,weight, (but press ups wi beef up yuh arms)

    swimin helps yuh full body, but especially uppa

    man most of you chat so much $$$$, dis boy wants to PUT ON WEIGHT which will convert to muscle if he does body buildin, now... if he does running hell be losing weight and muscle tone, go gym mate theyll work out a regeme for ya prob consist of the followin

    15 mins Rowing (warm up)

    3 sets of bench press
    3 sets of incline bench press
    3 sets of decline bench press

    3 sets of shoulder press
    3 sets of upright rows
    3 sets ofpullovers

    3 sets of squats
    3 sets of calf curl
    3 sets of calf raise

    3 sets of 3 back excersises

    and finally...

    3 sets of tricep curls
    3 sets of bicep curls
    2 sets of 21's

    den once you do that go for a swim thatll be a warm down... then relax for a lil... sit in the steam room and a jeckuzi!!

    If you serious it would be good to do a session of power liftin every 2 weeks or so, thatll increase ur strength!!

    Oh and for ur "pac" put a 10kg or 20 kg on ur chest and do

    3 sets of 15 sit ups!!!

    One more thing... youll have to change how you eat, no more junk food, i was eatin a bowl of cereal, a glass of juice, 2 eggs and toast for brekky... for lunch i was eatin pitta bread with cheese, salad and a tin of tuna with some juice... in between dinner id have fruit yoghurt nurishment shakes, for dinner it wud be $$$$ like

    fish and rice, steak and potatos, chicken and pasta... mixin protein with carbohydrates!!

    eat a banana b4 u go gym too, i used to make a coffee formula, 3 spoons coffee, 4 spoons sugar luke warm water stir and down it... afta i finished weightss id hav a flapjack of something with protein in it!! or id just eat beans on toast or baked potato, anyway yeh theres alot to do man its not as easy as everyone is makin it out to be, youll be physically and mentally exhausted sometimes ull push urself so hard ull wanna throw up, the day afta doin weight is $$$$in hurtage man lol

    how old r u anyway?
