    Argentina were very poor.

Only started playing last 15 mins.

Veron was awful. Simone kept giving the ball away.

Once they kept passing they opened up England.
3 up front was the wrong formation.
Batistuta was to isolated as was Crespo as they didn't have enough support.

They better fix up or there gonna lose to Sweden.
Especially as my man Larsson is up and running now!!!

(Gwan Henrik, show these doubters how bad you are)

Argentina are about as good as Spurs.

Beckham had a shít game. I have no idea why every time England attacked he was playig behind Danny Mills.

Argentina are very good but shock results happen.

USA beat Portugal and there bad.

If u look at the performance you'll see England grinded out a win. Still lack of technical ability and cant string more than 5 passes together

England took the piss when they ran at the Argies. They couldn't handle a confident Sinclair and Owen at all.

    England play like West Ham.

Go 1 up and then sit back on the lead for the rest of the game. Pass backwards and sideways, look very shaky on set pieces and can't counter attack to save their lives.

England definately aren't a top 5 team in the world.

But Argentina got it wrong tactically.

I could see after 30 mins it wasn't working so he should of changed it.

    Why are coaches so stubborn.
They pick a team and a system but even when it's not working they stick to it hoping they get proven right.

However by the time they do decide to change things it's to late.

Thats why I like $$$$ Advocatt. I've seen him substitute players after 20 mins becasue things are not working!!!

The one ting that alot of people are missing is the fact that the Argentina Coach (*4get his name) put out the team sheet 2 days b4 the game. thinking that wat ever team he puts out will beat England. but obviously Sven had time to prepare and his tactics worked hats of to ya Sven.

Hes acheived a hell of a lot

Cracked the Germany hold over us

Cracked the Argentines hold over us

we got no one to fear we aint no way the greatest and got a long way to but were on the road thats wat matters

Sol Cambell and Rio Ferdinand are gona be the rock of our defence for years to come and Ashley Cole can only get better. We should give Sinclair the position of Left wing and just leave it at that, Heskey cant fullfill his full potential in that position. Hes best upfront

Butt and Beckham aren't fully fit and they still grind out a result.

No first choice defensive midfielder (Gerrard) and no second choice (Murphy).

England were heavy, played with a bit of heart and looked solid.

    The Argies will not qualify.

Butt is better than Gerrard and Murphy

Sinclair should start down the left.

Beckham should play as a proper attacking right sided midfielder. If you have someone like Heskey as your starting striker why keep your two wide midfielders tight central and hanging back instead of getting forward and knocking in crosses?
