Mash-up dubplates.

You know, the kind of tunes that are made up of lots of different tunes all knocked together, skipping from one to the other, playing 20 seconds of one tune, 10 seconds of another, etc etc.

If anyone has got any / knows where I could lay my hands on one, please let me know.

usually these are dubplates which djs have cut for themselves, e.g. slimzee, you must have heard the one where he samples "cleptomaniacs - all i do (bump & flex dub)", on the drop where it goes "baby".

Do you know how I can produce my own?

you need some sound editing software such as sound forge or wavelab and conect your decks up to your pc and records samples and then join them together, you will have to make each sample the same tempo, may be a long process but you could get a good dubplate.
