Yeah nice track still, the roll-out is very 'Foward sounding', if 'Andy C' played Garage he would certainly play this. The intro is'nt that mean, but more spiritual and atmospheric.
The drop and roll-out are probably the meanest parts of the track. The beat I like alot it's 'Breakers-esque', the main bass is live, the second underlying bass, needs to be raised alot, for maximum impact.

Rounding up, your track is live, and definetely sounds, well before it's time. Keep making tracks like this, and i'm sure you can cross into other genres. e.g Techno, Breakbeat, Uk Bass........
